From Monday 17th May we will be able to meet at The Exmouth again. We are able to meet outside. The pub will set aside an area for us on the patio near the pizza oven. The area will have the normal pub benches attached to tables. We have been asked to have 6 people at each table. You will then sign in at your table filling in The Exmouth’s Track and Trace form. If more than 30 attend we will be provided with another table. We are not allowed to stand to sing at the moment. Drink orders will be taken at your table and payment is made using a card. The Exmouth are being very accommodating at this time so it is hoped that everyone will purchase a drink. The only time that you need to enter the building is to use the toilets. These are now located downstairs. Please remember that we are going to charge everyone a £1 so that we can have money in the account to cover our email/website. We can use The Exmouth from 7-9pm. Some of the tables are sheltered with large umbrellas. Remember to dress for the weather. If we have to cancel the meeting it will be on our Facebook page at 6pm. An email will then be sent with a zoom link.
